Since each product is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. However, we stand behind our quality:
Quality Guarantee
If your product arrives with any of the following, we will replace it free of charge:
- Print defects (blurring, misalignment, color issues)
- Damage during shipping
- Wrong product or wrong design
How to Report an Issue
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include photos of the issue
- We will review and arrange a replacement or refund
